STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Organisational Structure

There is a committee which is made up of the trustees and others from local businesses and authorities or independent members. The committee, along with the project manager, meet bimonthly to discuss the running of the charity. There is also a finance and funding group set up to deal with the financial control, budgets, proposed developments and fund raising. The project manager is in charge of the day to day running of the company.
