“Dorset Reclaim” is a charitable organisation, recycling and re-using
furniture, household and electrical goods, based in Bournemouth, Poole,
and Dorchester.The principle aim of the Project is to provide those items, to those in need within the local community, and has so far helped over 16,000 people in this way. Now in it's tenth year, Dorset Reclaim have collected from over 39,000 homes, with over 76,000 items being donated to date.

 Saturdays at our Bournemouth Depot 9.30am to 1.00pm This is when clients have the opportunity to look around the warehouse and select furniture, and other household items that are essential to their needs. |

“Dorset Reclaim” is all about people, and the secondary aim of the project is to provide opportunities for members of the local community to help in the day-to-day running of the organisation. Dorset Reclaim is dependant on a voluntary workforce, with a variety of jobs on offer, such as warehouse, driving, collection and delivery team members, client reception, office and administration, carpentry, electricians and IT to mention but a few.
