At the warehouse
When you come to the warehouse you will
need to bring proof of your eligibility. This can be anything in
writing that supports your benefit, or working tax credit, together
with some proof of identity and address.
If you are at all unsure of what you need to bring, or whether you may qualify, contact us for help.
On arrival, you will be helped by our reception staff who will take your details and enter you on our computer system,
so you can come back at any time in the next six weeks to look for the items you need. Registration will mean you can use
any one of the three depots.
One of our client reception volunteers will show you round the warehouse where you can look for the items you need and
arrange delivery, if you are unable to take them away yourself.
Stock changes daily, so if a particular item you require at your budget
is not available on your first visit, something will probably be within
a short time.
Again, a Client reception volunteer will be on hand to help and advise you.
Delivery service
Delivery can be arranged for £15. We organise our
deliveries by area (as our collection days), a list of which
can be found here... so the longest
you should have to wait for for your furniture to be delivered
is five working days. In special circumstances deliveries can
be made more quickly on request, please talk to our client reception
volunteer when you visit for more help.
